Mamba™ Mk7-X

Built for extreme conditions, the Mamba™ Mk7-X delivers unmatched power, mobility, and protection. A 6-cylinder turbocharged water-cooled engine (mechanical or electronic) produces up to 450 hp and 1978 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 2-speed all-wheel drive transfer case for superior off-road capability.

Designed to handle the toughest terrains, it boasts 70% gradeability, 1.2m fording depth, and a 600 km operational range. With a max speed of 130 kph (limited to 110 kph) and a tight 7.1 m turning radius, it offers both speed and agility in combat zones.

STANAG 4a/4b blast protection and B7 ballistic armor (scalable to AEP55 STANAG 3- level) ensure crew safety against IEDs and high-caliber rounds. Featuring mine-resistant seating, a reinforced hull, and turret mounting options, the Mamba™ Mk7-X is built to exceed battlefield demands.

Variants

One platform; Six Vehicles

Osprea is committed to bringing the product to the client, not the client to the product. This approach applies to both design and concept, as well as the manufacturing process.

Osprea has developed a fully industrialized assembly process for the Mamba™, enabling the vehicle to be built, assembled, or even fully manufactured in the client’s country.

The process is fully scalable, tailored to meet the client’s needs and capabilities. From component procurement and manufacturing to assembly, each stage of the process can be adapted. This flexibility allows clients to integrate as much or as little of the vehicle manufacturing process into their own country as they wish, based on their economic needs and the country’s industrialization level.

  • Complete or Semi-Knock Down (CKD or SKD)
  • Meets immediate supply obligations and provides a foundation for future development and growth
  • Capability to sell and supply worldwide
  • Option for third-party contract manufacturing, whether complete or modular, through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) or simple joint ventures (JVs)
  • Flexibility in providing products at different levels of disassembly for assembly as required
  • Compliance with legal and client requirements for maximum export, manufacturing, and usage options

Industrial Partnership

Osprea is committed to bringing the product to the client, not the client to product, both in design and concept and in manufacturing process.

Osprea has developed a fully industrialised assembly process for the Mamba Mk5, enabling the vehicle to be built or assembled or even fully manufactured in the client’s country.

Fully scalable in its execution according to client needs and ability. Each stage of the process from component procurement, manufacture, through to assembly can be scaled from original part supply, to sub-assembly and higher assembly supply. Enabling the client to bring as much or as little of the vehicle manufacturing process into their own country, as they desire, in line with their economic imperatives and the industrialisation level of the country.

  • Complete or Semi-Knock Down [CKD or SKD]
  • Fulfils immediate supply obligations and provides a platform for future development and growth.
  • Ability to sell and supply anywhere in the world.
  • Ability to do 3rd party contract manufacturing if required– complete or modular— in PPP or simple JV’s
  • Flexibility in providing products in different levels of break-down for assembly as required.
  • Fulfilment of legal/client requirements for maximum export, manufacturing and usage options.
  • Potential for licenced assembly or manufacture in client country
