The MK7-X APC military armored vehicle accommodates two crew members plus eight passengers and boasts a payload capacity of 3,800 kg, making it a formidable choice in the APC market.
The MK7-X is designed with a range of features that enhance security, comfort, and convenience for clients seeking top-tier APC military vehicles. Starting with its hull, the vehicle is built to withstand blast levels that meet AEP55 STANAG Level 4a and 4b standards for blast protection, offers B7 ballistic protection all around, and is rated to AEP55 STANAG Level 3 for 7.62x54mm AP rounds. It also has proven stopping capacity up to .50 calibre with a 3-shot triangle pattern.
This ultimate APC military armored vehicle is adaptable to a wide array of roles, tailored to customer requirements. Whether it’s transporting personnel, serving as a troop carrier, command and control vehicle, ambulance, emergency recovery vehicle, or even an EOD and IED interrogator arm vehicle, the MK7-X delivers versatility.
The vehicle features three doors, including a large back door designed for rapid entry and exit, facilitating the quick recovery of wounded personnel and enabling fast egress in hostile situations. The MK7-X APC military vehicle is equipped to handle various mission-critical tasks.
Powering the MK7-X is a reliable and robust engine—an efficient, mechanically injected 6-cylinder inline, turbocharged engine. This engine, free of complex electronic management systems, is among the most durable and easily serviceable power plants available, requiring only basic tools and no need for computer diagnostic support.
The Deutz 300 kW (403 hp) water-cooled engine pairs with an automatic transmission featuring 6 forward and 1 reverse gear, along with a 2-speed, lockable 4-wheel drive system.
The Mamba™ has unique situational awareness, making it a true fighting vehicle, not just a secure transport. Kinetic operations require soldiers to be able to engage from within the vehicle. COIN, PKO, and CT operations require operators to be acutely aware of their surroundings, especially in mixed civilian and combat environments.
