Case Study – Somalia

In Somalia, Osprea has served as the primary manufacturer, trainer, and servicer of the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) vehicle fleet since 2007.

Working with the UN, AU, and donor governments, Osprea personnel have lived and worked side-by-side with the AMISOM forces in Mogadishu since 2007.

It is Osprea’s policy to market openly and fairly all our vehicles and products, at fairly negotiated and non-prejudicial prices.

Osprea never has and never will refuse pricing to any authenticated buyer in order to preserve commercial advantage.

It is not in Osprea’s policy, principle, or commercial interest to judge whether a third party company may be able to gain a commercial advantage with a client, even if in direct competition with Osprea. Who knows what other USPs people may have?

This open marketing policy is especially espoused as we believe the Mamba Mk5 to be a top class vehicle, which merits as wide a marketing spread as possible.

Osprea Logistics cannot be present in every market in the world simultaneously and we therefore welcome any and all approaches to buy, sell or market the Mamba Mk5 and any of our other products.

Each and every approach will be valued objectively, openly and without prejudice, judging only its merits and the commercial proposal made, backed up by previous marketing history and background in the market sector.

It is part of our long-term strategy to develop a dealership network based on service expertise, client management and market reach.
